Course de Traineaux a Chiens: Have you ever been to a dog sled race? Well this is your chance, right here at the Quebec winter carnival. Cheer for your favorite dog sled team and cross your fingers that they win! There are many different times that you can come see the dog sled races. The races start at 10:00AM – 10:00PM every single day of the carnival. Don’t miss it!
Rafting Sur Neige: This is an exciting and a family fun sport for all! To be sure you don’t miss it the times are right here! Everyday the snow rafting is on! You can find this activity at Place Desjardins. We hope you have great family fun on this adventure!
Concert de Sylvain Cossette: This musical festivity will be held at Scene Hydro-Quebec on January 28. You can dance to the fantastic music of Sylvain Cossette!
Sculptures de Glace: Beautiful ice sculptures are on display at the popular Place Desjardins. You can see these fascinating sculptures between January 28th to February 13th, 2011. Be sure not to miss this popular event.
Bainde Neige: Wow. These people are certainly crazy! Watch these insane people jumped and dance around in the snow in their bathing suits. Wow that’s cold! This interesting event will be held at the Espace Hydro-Quebec-Plaines d`Abraham. This activity is a good way to end the carnaval on February 12th 2011.
Patinage Sur Glace Avec Bonhomme: This is one of the most popular events in all of the carnaval. Come see the bonhomme and hold his hand while you skate through the beautiful ice rink at Place D`youville. This exciting event will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 to 7:45 so don’t miss out and be sure to dress warm!
Bonhomme: This fun Mascot can be found almost anywhere! Your children may get pictures with him inside the ice castle. This is an activity for the whole family and is on throughout the whole carnival! We hope you have fun with this jolly mascot!
